At Waterdrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clean water experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all filters, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
